We are pleased to offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order is officially delivered. If your item doesn't bring a smile, you may initiate a return within this timeframe.

Eligible Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • Like-New Condition: The product must be in its original, unused, and pristine condition, with all its original packaging included.
  • Non-Customized: This policy applies to non-personalized items only.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must provide your order number or other valid proof of purchase.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for eligible products. If you would like to exchange your smartwatch band for another item or size, please contact our support team and we will assist you with the process.

Return Process

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Support@SophiaInkCraft.com to request return authorization.
  2. Securely pack the product in its original packaging.
  3. Send the package to the return address provided by our support team after approval.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or the return is caused by our error.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

Defective Products: If you receive a defective or damaged smartwatch band, please contact us with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Non-Defective Products: Returns for non-defective items are accepted if the product remains unused and within the return period.

Custom or Personalized Products: Because many of our products are custom-designed, personalized items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Return Shipping

You're Covered: If the product is defective, damaged, or we made a mistake, we will cover the cost of return shipping. We'll provide a pre-paid label for you.

Changing Your Mind: For all other returns you simply changed your mind on a non-custom item, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

No Hidden Fees: We do not charge restocking fees. Your original standard shipping was on us!
